This website (the "Site") is operated by WN Entertainment ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malta with company registration number C114898 and registered office at Level 3 Suite No. 3379 Tower Business Centre, Triq It-Torri, Swatar Birkirkara, BKR 4013, Malta. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Site is intended strictly for business-to-business partners, operators, and commercial entities evaluating our software products.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site displays software demonstrations, game samples, and related promotional materials solely for the purpose of commercial evaluation by prospective licensees. The Site does not offer real-money gambling services to consumers, and no game demonstration involves real currency.

2. License to Access Game Samples

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the game samples on the Site solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential licensing relationship with the Company.

You shall NOT, and shall not permit any third party to:

  1. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or mathematical models from any game demo;
  2. capture, record, extract, copy, distribute, or reproduce any game assets, artwork, audio, or mechanics for any purpose other than internal evaluation;
  3. use any game sample or Site content for commercial, promotional, or public-facing purposes without our prior written consent;
  4. circumvent, bypass, or attempt to bypass any access restriction, authentication mechanism, or security protocol on the Site;
  5. use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including game titles, artwork, audio-visual materials, source code, trademarks, logos, and documentation — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. Access to the Site does not grant any license beyond what is expressly stated in Section 2.

4. No Binding Offer

The information, game demonstrations, and specifications provided on this Site do not constitute a legally binding offer to contract. Formal commercial terms, licensing fees, and service commitments shall be governed exclusively by a separate written Software License Agreement executed by both parties.

5. Suspension and Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, in particular in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all game demonstrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
